Legal documents
Certificate of incorporation, trade name registration, EIN evidence, and the 501(c)(3) determination letter in a form appropriate for publication.
Policies
Gift acceptance, conflicts of interest, grant review and oversight, disbursement procedures, and other approved policies.
Reports
Annual, financial, impact, and project reports, as well as public tax filings when they become available.
Official version
Each document should state its date, status, language, and, where applicable, board adoption date. Drafts are not represented as official policy.
