Tax status

Banking arrangements
FBMU maintains two institutional accounts at Liberty Bank Connecticut: a checking account for operations and a savings account for prudent liquidity and reserve management.
Documents and reporting
The public library may include the IRS determination letter, approved policies, annual reports, impact reports, Form 990 filings when available, and other documents whose publication does not compromise privacy or security.
Data protection
Before publication, documents are reviewed to remove unnecessary signatures, account numbers, personal data, beneficiary lists, and supporting records containing sensitive information.
