To mobilize financial, intellectual, technological, and relational resources that expand access to quality higher education, support educational innovation, and strengthen Bernadette Muleka University’s institutional capacity.

Vision

A future in which learners, educators, and researchers in the Democratic Republic of the Congo and Francophone Africa have the resources, skills, and networks to learn, innovate, and contribute fully to their communities.
